Return Policy

Easy return for the first 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer refunds.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days. If you need to get your order correct, send us an email for the contact information given on the website.

A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Conditions for Returns


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  2. The Goods are in the original packaging

  3. The Goods were not used or damaged_ _(this means that all tags/stickers must still be attached to the garment and in good condition—NO EXCEPTIONS)

  4. NO returns on socks

If all conditions for returns are met, we still charge a $25 restocking fee per order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced and Goods on sale may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance Goods cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
